My responsibilities are varied and consist of setting up the ecosystem necessary for the installation of the network in export, recruiting franchisees and Master Franchisees and supervising their installation."

With more than 230 branches in France, national coverage has almost been achieved. We must therefore now find new areas of development.

With the new Daniel Moquet Signe Vos Clôture network, international expansion is one of these new growth levers. The utility in developing exports is also to develop our brand, to learn about the best practices of our neighbours, to develop new products, and to implement new ways of working.

A franchise is a form of business that involves an existing business allowing third parties to operate under the same trade/brand name, with access to their sales, distribution, or manufacturing channels.

Before the training step, there is a continuous follow-up of each prospect, to measure their motivation and their commitment to the development of their project.

Then it is the franchisor's responsibility to give the Master Franchisees solid training, as the typical profile does not require experience in the building or landscaping trades. Once the business is up and running, the franchisor provides ongoing support through coaching. In addition, there is assistance in the field during the start-up period.
